【摘要】 对３０６例健康高校老师进行Ａ型性格问卷调查，采用多项超声指标评价心脏的老化状况，对Ａ型与Ｂ型性格组的心脏老化指标进行比较。结果显示，Ａ型组的主动脉运动幅度低于Ｂ型组（Ｐ＜０．０５），其他老化指标包括舒张功能及心脏结构指标两组无显著性差异。提示Ａ型性格可加速心脏老化进程，主要表现为促进主动脉的硬化。更多还原

【Abstract】 306 cases of healthy teachers from some universities in Tianjin were investigated by type A behavior questionnaire, and 8 echocardiographic indexes were selected to evaluate the cardiac condition. The cardiac aging indexes in type A and type B group were compared. The results showed that amplitude of aorta in type A group was statistically lower than type B group,no significant difference of the other indexes including some cardiac structure and diastolic function indexes was found. It was concluded that type A behavior might accelerate the aging process of the heart by promoting stiffness of the aorta.更多还原
