【摘要】 对治疗幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）相关性消化性溃疡的中草药汤剂──龙黄合剂及组成的单味药分别做了体外ＨＰ抑菌实验观察。其中组成成份除白芨外均有不同程度的抑菌作用，大黄的抑菌作用最强，抑菌环直径为２４ｍｍ。最小抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）为 ２．５ ｇ／Ｌ，同一种药物相同浓度的醇提剂的有效成份高于水提法，抑菌环直径相差 ３～６ｍｍ。对治疗ＨＰ相关性活动性十二指肠溃疡，服用龙黄合剂组机（Ａ组）与服用雷尼替丁和呋喃唑酮组（Ｂ组），对ＨＰ根除率经ｘ~２检验，Ｐ＞０．０５，无显著性差异；同时服用Ａ组及Ｂ组两组药物（Ｃ组）根除率优于Ａ组、Ｂ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。三组的根除率；Ａ组４５．２％，Ｂ组３７．５％，Ｃ组８４．８％，结果表明龙黄合剂配合西药对此疾病有良好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inhibition effects in vitro of mistura Gentianae Rheum(MGR)and single herb on helicobacter pylori(HP)were ob- served. The inhibition effects of Rheum in vitro was the strongest. The diameter of inhibition ring on HP was 24 mm. Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 2. 5 g/L. The clinical effects of MGR on HP opitive duedenal ulcers were investi gated The MGR treatment group was named group A, ranitidine + furndidone group as group B, MGR + ranitidine + furazolidone as group C. The HP eradication rate of group A was 45 .2%, group B 37.5%, group C 84.8%. The results showed that MGR + ranitidine+ furazolidone had rather better clinical effectS on HP positive duodenal ulcer patients.更多还原
