【摘要】 目的：筛选防治去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的有效补肾中药。方法： ３月龄雌性 Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠 ５４只，体重（２００ ± ３０）ｇ，分成对照组 ３０只和成模后中药治疗组 ２４只。对照组分为 ３个亚组，每组 １０只；中药治疗分为 ４个亚组， 每组６只。用切除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法建立骨质疏松模型，以单味补肾中药为实验药物，用骨计量学的方法研究 它们对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用。结果：回味中药均可抑制去卵巢大鼠骨转换，减少骨吸收，杜仲的作用最 明显。结论：回味中药对去卵巢大鼠骨丢失均有不同程度的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To study Chinese herb medicines lreating treating osteoporosis in OVX rats. Methods: 54 Wistar rats at the age of 3 months were divided into 2 groups: control group including 3 subgroups: contrast group(N), shamed group(S), ovariectem- ized coup(OVX)and therapy group including 4 subgroups: A, B, C and D. Each of the therapy group was given Chinese herb medicines for 2 months, water and food were given freely. After 2 months, all of the rats were sacrified, the uncalcified bone specimen were ground to sections as thin as 100 μm to measure several Parameters by Bone histomorphometry.Re- sults: Eucommia bar could depress bone turn over to prevent the bone loss. Conclusion: All of the Chinese herb of four kinds can prevent bone loss in OVX rats, but the Eucommia bar seems to be the most effective in the Prevention of postmenopa- usal odeoporosis.更多还原
