【摘要】 目的:探索中药黄芪防治糖尿病肾病的作用及其机理。方法:用链脲佐菌素制作糖尿病(DM)大鼠模型,DM治疗组每d注射黄芪注射液1ml,DM对照组每d注射等容积生理盐水。于病程1、2、4W测定尿白蛋白,血、尿肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα),第4W末还需测定血浆渗透压,并观察肾脏超微病理变化。结果:DM大鼠尿白蛋白排出增加,血、尿TNFα升高,血浆渗透压升高,肾小球基底膜增厚;黄芪具有降低尿白蛋白,减少TNFα,纠正DM大鼠过高的血浆渗透压,减慢肾小球基底膜增厚的作用。结论:黄芪对DM大鼠肾脏具有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the preventive and treatmental effects of Astragalus on diabetic nephropathy and explore its possible mechanisms. Methods: The treated group was given Astragalus (1 ml. d -1) and the control group was given Sodium Chloride 0.9% (1ml.d-1) in streptozotocin- induced diabetic rats.Urinary Alb,Serum and urinary TNF α were measured at the 1st,2nd and 4th weekend. At the 4th weekend plasma osmotic pressure was measured, and the kidneys were processed for ultramicroscopic pathologic observation, too.Results:Urinary Alb excretion,serum and urinany TNF α,plasma osmotic pressure and the thickness of glomerular basement membrane (GBM) ,all increased in diabetic rats. Astragalus decreased TNF a concentration and urinary Alb,corrected the higher plasma osmotic pressure and delayed the progression of CBM thicking. Conclusion: Astragalus might have some renal protective ef-fectin diabetic rats.更多还原
