【摘要】 目的:探讨L-Arg-NO通路在针灸对胃粘膜损伤保护中的作用。方法:用70％酒精灌胃造成胃粘膜损伤模型,以胃粘膜血流量(GMBF),跨膜电位差(PD),损伤指数(LI),血清、胃体、胃窦中NO含量作为检测的指标,观察针灸治疗及NW-硝基-L-精氨酸(L-NNA)、左旋精氨酸(L-Arginine)和硝普钠(snap)预处理对针灸疗效的影响。结果:L-NNA能够抑制针灸对胃粘膜的保护作用,同时应用L-Arg可以翻转L-NNA的抑制效应,而单用L-Arg和Snap则与针灸有协同作用。结论:L-Arg-NO通路在艾灸与电针对胃粘膜损伤的保护中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : The experiment is to study the effect of L - Arg - NO passway on the protection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on gastrica mucosal injury in tats.Methods : Model of gastric mucosal damage was induced by 70% ethanol (IG) ,and its gastric mucosal blood flow ,trandmu-cosal potential difference . gastric mucosal lesion index and nitric oxide level of serum were explored.Results :Nw - nitric - L - arginine (L - NNA)could blokade the effect of electro - acupuncture and moxibustion (P < 0.05 ) , and this effect was reversed by concurrent administration of L - arginine . Pretreatment with snap or 1 - arginine both significantly attenuated the effect of EA and moxibustion.Conclusion :The passway of L- arg- NO play in role of the effect of EA and muxibustion on gastric mucosal in jury.更多还原
