重组FN多肽CH50及IFN-γ对化疗小鼠免疫功能影响的比较
Comparison of the Effects of Recombinant Polypeptide CH50 and IFN on the Immunofunction of Mice during Chemotherapy
【摘要】 腹腔连续注射CH50或腹腔内转染IFN-γ基因能减弱或防止化疗药物对免疫功能的抑制作用,减轻或防止化疗药物使外周血单核细胞数量和腹腔细胞的数量降低(P<0.05),促进巨噬细胞代谢活性、杀瘤活性以及分泌细胞因子的能力(P<0.05,<0.01);促进脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应能力(P<0.05,<0.01)。注射CH50的作用早于IFN-γ基因转染的作用。结果提示CH50可改善肿瘤化疗药物疗效。
【Abstract】 Continuously intraperitoneal injection of CH50 or intraperitoneal transfection of murine IFN gene can alleviate or prevent the inhibition of chemotherapeutic agent on immunofunction, prevent the reduction of the number of monocytes in peripheral blood and abdominal cavity (P<005), enhance the metabolic activity, cytotoxicity of and the ability of producing cytokines of macrophages (P<005, <001), augment the proliferation of splenocytes (P<005, <001) Injection of CH50 produced effect earlier than transfection of IFN gene The results suggested that CH50 could be used to improve the efficacy of chemotherapy of tumor
