【摘要】 对同济医院近１５年来的髌骨骨折病人进行随访调查，对其骨折类型、手术治疗方法及治疗效果作统计学分析，结果表明：内固定法（环扎法和张力带法）仍是手术治疗髌骨骨折的主要方法；并且，随着现代生物医学工程学的飞速发展，可吸收缝线已经应用到治疗髌骨骨折的内固定手术中，即可吸收线环扎法适应证广，固定牢靠，在体内可以降解吸收，且避免了再次手术取出内固定的弊端，顺应当代内固定材料的发展趋势，宜在临床上广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Presented here was a report of 116 cases of patellar fracture which had been followed up and investigated in recent 15 years in our hospital. Statistical analysis between patellar fracture types, surgical procedures and postoperative effects were performed. The results showed that the internal fixation (circular ligation) was the principal method for the surgical treatment of patellar fracture. With the rapid development of modern biomedical engineering, absorbable suture had been adopted in the treatmemnt of patellar fracture. It was suggested that the circular ligation with absorbable suture might be widely used clinically for its wide indications, secure fixation and absorbability.更多还原
