【摘要】 为探讨快速多平面反转回复（ＦＭＰＩＲ）序列在骨关节磁共振（ＭＲ）检查中的成像技术及其应用价值，对４４例骨关节疾病的患者进行检查，通过ＦＭＰＩＲ序列与常规的自旋回波（ＳＥ）序列的信号差异的分析显示，ＦＭＰＩＲ序列对ＳＥ序列所发现的病灶无一遗漏，并且还发现ＳＥ序列所未发现的肿大淋巴结１０枚，且能抑制脂肪显示，使病灶凸显，采集时间也较ＳＥ序列短。ＦＭＰＩＲ序列的缺点为背景欠佳及不利于病灶的定性。提示：由于ＦＭＰＩＲ序列的特点，在骨关节ＭＲ检查中，可作为ＳＥ序列的重要补充更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the practical value and imaging technique of FMPIR in bone and joint MRI examination, the analysis on the signal difference between FMPIR and SE series was performed in 44 cases of bone and joint diseases The FMPIR series demonstrated that FMPIR not only all the foci being found in SE series,but also 10 enlarged lymphnodes not being found in SE series as well In FMPIR series the fat saturation effect made the focus more conspicuous and the time for data obtained was shorter than in SE series The main shortcomings of FMPIR included interior background display and disadvantages to focus qualitative diagnosis It was suggested that FMPIR might be adopted as an important complement to SE series in bone and joint MRI examination更多还原
