【摘要】 采用组织培养技术测定了中药热毒清在不同的细胞内对单纯疱疹病毒（ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ）、巨细胞病毒（ＨＣＭＶ）、柯萨奇病毒Ｂ （ＣＯＸＢ３） 的抑制作用。结果表明５ ｇ／Ｌ浓度的热毒清能有效抑制ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ在Ｖｅｒｏ 细胞内繁殖， ２０ ｇ／Ｌ的热毒清能有效抑制ＨＣＭＶ 在人胚肺纤维母细胞内繁殖， 两者的治疗指数 （ＴＩ） ＝ ４。但５ ｇ／Ｌ浓度的热毒清未能抑制ＣＯＸＢ３在Ｖｅｒｏ 细胞内繁殖， 其ＴＩ＜ １。动物实验结果表明， 昆明种小鼠体内给４ ｇ／ （ｋｇ·ｄ） 的热毒清能抑制ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ在小鼠体内增殖， 对病毒的抑制率为６０更多还原

【Abstract】 The inhibitory effects of Reduqing on herpes sim plex virus Ⅰ (HSV-Ⅰ), hum an cytom egalovirus (HCMV) and Coxsackie B virus in the cells and in the bodies of Kunm ing m ice w ere exam ined. The results show ed thatReduqing of5 g/Lcould effectively inhibitthe reproduction ofHSV Ⅰ in Vero cells, w hile Reduqing of20 g/Lcould com pletely inhibitthe reproduction ofCMV AD169 in HEL cells. The treatm ent indices (TI) of the tw o therapies w ere 4, but the 5 g/L Reduqing had no effect on Coxsackie Bvirus in Vero cells w ith TIbeing less than 1. The dosage of 4 g. kg- 1. d- 1 could inhibitthe reproduction of HSV Ⅰin Kunm ing m ice and the prohibition rate w as 60% .更多还原
