【Abstract】 Proteins of M.gallisepticum purified by SDS PAGE electrophoresis were evaluated. Species specific membrane protein bands of 110 KD,98 KD,66～62 KD and 56 KD were identified after electrophoretic separation. The protein bands of interest were individually cut from SDS PAGE gel and saturated with PBS (pH7.4) at 4℃ over night. The solution were collected in dialytic bags and concentrated with PEG (M= 6 000 ),and the 4 species specific membrane proteins were pooled. The species specific membrane proteins of M. gallisepticum were prepared,providing basis for establishment of specific diagnostic test and further analysis of membrane antigen of M. gallisepticum.更多还原
