豆科5种植物的过氧化物酶同工酶的分析

【摘要】 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了豆科植物5种,1变型24份材料的过氧化物酶同工酶,共出现9种酶谱.实验表明同季节的种内酶谱差异较小,甚至无变化,反映出种内过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱具有一定的稳定性.并依据酶谱的属间距离,借助形态特征可以用来推测各属之间的亲缘关系

【Abstract】 Isozymes of peroxidase of 5 species and 1 variant in leguminosae were analysed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and as a result, nine different patterns of isozymes were observed. The result indicated that the difference of isozymes patterns appeared whithin species in the same season is very small even they are the same patterns of isozymes. That illustrates that the isozymes of peroxidase whithin species are steady. According to the zymogram distance between genus, we could confirm the relationship between the different genus by means of the morphologic character.
