【Abstract】 This paper explained the principle of RAPD technique and summarized its application in gene localization ,establishment of genetic maps, studies on genetic relationships, verification of seed purity, identification of somatic hybrids and the early identification of objective genes in genetics and breeding of crops. Because of rapid and inexpensive,although existing a certain limitation, the RAPD technique has still been playing an important role in the research of genome.更多还原
