利用双口RAM实现的高速数据采集系统

【摘要】 直接与微处理器或微型计算机连接的模-数转换系统对模拟信号的最大采样频率通常都有非常严格的限制.如果在采集数据期间先将采集到的数据暂存到外部RAM,稍后再传送给微处理器,则可有效地提高采样频率.本文提出了一种利用高速的双口RAM 来实现模-数转换的系统,该系统在15 MHz的采样频率下运行可靠且通用性强.

【Abstract】 Direct connection of analogue to digital conversion devices to a microprocessor or microcomputer usually severely restricts the maximum rate at which an analogue signal may be sampled.Significantly higher sampling rates are possible if the samples are stored during acquisition in external RAM and later transferred to the microprocessor.A relatively simple data acquisition system is described which uses a high performance dual port RAM as the external memory.The system operates reliably at a sampling rate of 15 MHz and can be readily adapted for use in a wide range of data acquisition.
