【摘要】 重型颅脑损伤患者呼吸机能障碍的临床观测及呼吸道的护理较为复杂困难。本文对30例重型颅脑损伤患者的血气监测结果与呼吸道护理体会进行了总结。结果显示:重型颅脑损伤患者大多存在着不同程度的呼吸机能障碍,主要表现为:中枢性呼吸抑制,创伤性湿肺,肺部感染等。认为采用血气监测能客观地早期反映患者的呼吸机能障碍,并有针对性地采取相应的护理措施,为重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗提供强有力的支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The respiratory tract nursing of a patient with severe head injury is very important. This study shows that monitoring of the patient’ s blood gas analysis not only indicate the respiratory function disorders, but also classify the pattern of respiratory dysfunction. Moreover, patient’ s blood circulation and oxygen saturation can be assessed to estimate the patient’ s prognosis. We can perform appropriate nursing intervention accordingly and strengthen nursing care to respiratory tract to improve hypoxia status for the patient. It could be powerful support of medical treatment to the patient with severe head injury.更多还原
