高效硝化细菌的富集技术研究
Research on Enrichment and Cultivation Technology of High-efficient Nitrifying Bacteria
【摘要】 利用提高基质浓度的方式大幅度提高硝化细菌在活性污泥中的含量.研究结果表明,氨氮负荷及碳氮比对硝化速率及效率有重要影响.当温度为30 ℃,p H= 6 .5 ~8 .0 ,ρ( D O) > 2 mg· L- 1 时,经过12 ~13 周的富集培养,每克污泥中硝化菌数量达到2 .0 ×108 M P N,是未经富集污泥中硝化菌浓度的12 .5 ~20 倍
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to improve the concentration of nitrifying bacteria in the active sludge through improving substrate concentration. The result showed that the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and the rate of ρ (CON)/ ρ (N) had effect on the nitrifying rate and the removal rate, under the condition of 30 ℃,pH=6.5~8.0 and ρ (DO)>2mg·L -1 ,the concentration of nitrobacteria achieved per gram sludge 2.0×10 8MPN after enriched and cultivated for 13 weeks.
