植物细胞悬浮培养体系流变特性的形态模型研究(英文)
MORPHOLOGICAL MODEL FOR RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF PLANT CELL SUSPENSION CULTURE SYSTEM
【摘要】 借鉴动物红细胞流变学模型,提出植物细胞悬浮培养体系流变特性的物理模型和数学模型.根据模型得出此体系是假塑性流体,且流动特性指数随细胞浓度的变化规律与实验结果一致.模型还可解释植物细胞悬浮培养体系根据植物细胞悬浮培养体系流变特性的其它流变特性(如表观粘度随细胞浓度、搅拌转速和空气流量及细胞团大小的变化规律).通过对模型的进一步研究,可望对植物细胞培养体系的工艺设计、最佳操作和反应器评价与放大提供依据.
【Abstract】 This paper puts forward a physical and mathematical model for the rheological properties of a plant cell suspension culture system.The model can explain why the system is pseudoplastic satisfactorily,thus the rheological properties of the system as the effect of the flow behavior index on plant cell concentration are interpreted correctly and the mechanism of the rheological properties of the system is further understood.Therefore the model can be applied in the technological design and optimum conditions of the system and the reformation,evaluation and scale up of reactors.
