哌嗪合成的研究
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF PIPERAZINE
【摘要】 以N-β-羟乙基乙二胺为原料,选择Cu-Mn/γ-Al2O3催化剂合成哌嗪,对反应中催化剂用量、反应温度、压力、时间等因素进行研究,确定了反应最佳条件.使用四氢呋喃或乙醇为溶剂可提高主反应的选择性.在最佳反应条件下原料转化率95%,哌嗪收率88%.
【Abstract】 This paper studies the synthesis of piperazine with N (2 hydroxyl ethyl) ethylenediamine (HEDA),using Cu Mn/ γ Al 2O 3 as catalyst.The reaction conditions were optimized,such as the amount of the catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and reaction time.Tetrahydrofuran or ethylalcohol was used in the reaction in order to improve the selectivity of piperazine.Under the optimized reaction conditions,the yield of piperazine wads as high as 88%,while the conversion of HEDA was 95%.
