金属离子对淀粉/丙三醇共混体系性能的影响

【摘要】 选用单螺杆挤出机,研究了硼酸、钠盐、钙盐、铁盐等其它组分对淀粉/丙三醇共混物力学性能及流变性能的影响.通过X-射线衍射证实了第三组分的加入可以明显降低淀粉的结晶度.第三组分的加入同增塑剂作用相比,对淀粉的塑化作用起协同增塑作用

【Abstract】 In this paper,influence of bioric acid、sodium salts、calcium salts and iron salts on the mechanical and rheological properties of starch/glycerine blends by a single screw extruder is studied.By the X ray diffraction method,it was confirmed that the addition of other additives could obviously decrease the crystainity of starch.It can be concluded that the additives can further promote the thermoplasticity for starch by comparion to the plasticizer such as glycerine.
