淀粉与多元醇共混物性能的研究

【摘要】 选用单螺杆挤出机制备淀粉与多元醇的共混物,研究了共混物的力学性能和流变性能.通过X-衍射和DSC的测试证明,淀粉与多元醇在共混过程中淀粉的结晶度降低,玻璃化温度Tg下降,多元醇可以作为淀粉的增塑剂,改善淀粉的热加工性质,使淀粉具有热塑性.

【Abstract】 The blends of the starch and polyols were extruded with a single screw extruder,and the mechanical and the rheological properties of the blends were studied.The flowing active energy of the melt calculated from the rheological curves by changing temperatures was about 122.5 kJ/mol.The experimental results of X ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry show that the crystallinity of starch and T g of the starch/polyols blends decreases during the process of extrusion. The polyols used as plasticizer can help improve the propreties of the thermoprocess in the starch/polyols blends and make starch regain thermoplasticity.
