基于电机参数的机床在线监测与突发故障自动保护

【摘要】 针对汽车工业的特点研究了生产线关键设备的在线监测与突发故障自动保护系统.选择直接反映机床工作状态并与突发故障关系明显的电机运行参数作为在线监测信号.采用阈值与时间控制相结合的双重监测模式,选用STD总线结构的工控机构成模块化实时监控系统.并实际应用于工业现场,取得了良好的效果.

【Abstract】 In this paper a system of on line monitoring and automatic protection system from unexpected faults is researched for crucial tools in manufacturing line according to the characteristics of the automobile industry.The operating parameters of motors,which directly reflect the working state of machning tools and the unexpected faults,are selected as monitoring signals.The system adopts the monitoring model which coalesces the control of threshold and time,and is structured with an industrial controlling computer of STD bus which works parallel.The system has been used in industrial production and proves effective in monitoring and controlling.
