【Abstract】 Basing on the normal fluorescent microscope,we have successfully designed and developed a special photo electronic system and computer system.It realizes the aim of cellular fluorescent microspectral analysis and quantitatively measuring intracellular substances.Therefore,the theoretical and technical problems of developing a new fluorescent microscopic quantitative analytical instrument,effective and suitable for our country situation,are solved.更多还原
