【Abstract】 A flow injection accessory was combined with a graphite furnace absorption spectrophotometer for metal ion enrichment. A C18 reverse _ phase silica _ gel column was employed with 8 _ hydroxyquinoline _ 5 _ sulfonic acid as the chelating agent and 2 mol·L-1 HCl+0.1 mol·L-1 HNO3 as the eluant. Volume _ based elution was applied for the determination of Cd, Cu and Pb. With a sample volume of 30 μL, the enrichment factors for Cd, Cu and Pb are 22, 28 and 26, respectively. The detection limits(3 σ)for Cd, Cu and Pb are 0.7, 4.2 and 5.4 ng·L-1, respectively.更多还原
