【摘要】 本文介绍了大功率电液数控传动系统的开发及在钢管业的应用,简述了该系统的构成、工作原理和特点,并对控制方式进行了动态仿真,分析了动态数学模型.经企业用户投入运行,充分证明该系统性能稳定、安全可靠,满足了用户要求,前景广阔.

【Abstract】 This article tells of the development of a high-power electric and hydraulic numerical control drive system and application to steel tube industry. This article presents the forming、principle of operation feature about this system. The controling method has been tested by dynamic simulation.Dynamic mathematical model. has been analyzed. After using by consumers, it has proved the performs steadily safely and reliably. It has met the need for consumers. Therefore, it has probable development.
