涡产生器圆管管片式机车柴油机中冷器传热与阻力研究
Experimental Study of Heat Transfer and Pressure Drop of Tube Fin Heat Exchanger Surfaces with Vortex Generators
【摘要】 涡产生器(VG)是一种新的表面强化换热结构,本研究将这种结构运用于圆管管片式换热元件,对三种不同片间距、翼高和攻击角的试件进行了传质、传热比拟实验,分析了这三种结构参数对换热元件传热与阻力特性的影响。运用传热因子、相同泵功率下换热量比等评价方法比较了VG、光片和INAN三种圆管管片式换热元件的传热与阻力性能。相同泵功率下VG换热元件比光片换热元件换热量提高12%,从传热与阻力两方面综合比较,VG换热元件比INAN换热元件也有一定优势。
【Abstract】 Vortex generator(VG) is a kind of new structure for enhancing heat transfer on surfaces.This paper presents the mass/heat transfer analogy experiment results done with the tube fin heat exchanger surfaces incorporated with vortex generators under three different spacings,wing heights and attack angles.The influences of the three structure parameters on the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the heat exchanger surfaces are analyzed. Compared with the smooth tube fin and INAN tube fin heat exchanger surfaces with the evaluation methods of heat transfer factor and heat load under same pumping power, it is shown that the heat load of the VG heat exchanger surfaces is 12% greater than that of smooth tube fin heat exchanger surfaces.Concerned with both the heat transfer and the pressure drop, the characteristics of the VG heat exchanger surfaces are also better than INAN heat exchanger surfaces in some extent.
