25 t轴重作用下混凝土梁锈蚀疲劳问题初探

【摘要】 研究了25t轴重作用下混凝土桥梁的锈蚀疲劳评估方法。对混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的电化学过程从理论上进行了定量分析和描述。从钢筋的面积损失出发,利用分段线性的方法得到25t轴重作用下按中-活载设计的混凝土梁锈蚀疲劳的累积损伤度和剩余疲劳寿命。

【Abstract】 This paper makes a research on the evaluation method of corrosion fatigue of concrete bridges under 25 t axle weight. It also makes a theoretical and quantitative analysis of electrochemical process of corrosion in reinforcement of concrete. From the aspect of area damage of reinforcement, by means of linearity of segment, the author gets the cumulative damage for fatigue and surplus fatigue life of corrosion fatigue of concrete beams under 25 t axle weight, which are designed according to China railway standard live loading.
