轮轨踏面外形的实际测量及几何接触的进一步研究
Measurement of Wheel/Rail Profiles Using an Auto Scanning Device
【摘要】 研究了轮轨外形的高精度测量方法,即滚轮爬行式测量方法。研制了新一代的能用于不落轮测量的装置,对仪器的测量误差作了详细分析。提出了一种实用的外形平滑方法和几何接触的二维/三维通用算法,并研制了与仪器配套的计算分析软件。对运用中的DF11 机车的轮对踏面外形作了测量研究,获得了关键的用于机车动力学分析的实际轮轨接触参数。为铁路车辆转向架的径向导向问题研究提供了第一手资料和手段。
【Abstract】 It has been widely recognized that the Wheel/Rail profile and its relationship has significant influence on the running performance of railway vehicles,however the shape of the wheel and rail are varied with the running miles of the vehicles.The need is evident for the recording of the wheel/rail profile on work site. So a portable recording device for the wheel tread profile is developed and the structure and accuracy are analyzed. A specific smoothing method is developed and a calculation program is designed to tackle the measured profiles.
