【摘要】 利用生产中疏花摘下的西洋参花蕾 ,采用萃取 ,分离等一系列工艺流程 ,提取其有效成分 :西洋参总皂甙。结果表明 :花提取物总得率高达32 52 % ,平均总皂甙含量高达30 09 % ,是参根皂甙含量的6倍 ,其中 ,30 %乙醇洗脱段得率占原料的5 5 % ,皂甙含量达70 2 % ;50 %乙醇洗脱段得率占原料的22 32 % ,皂甙含量高达90 2 % ,70 %乙醇洗脱段得率占原料的4 6 % ,皂甙含量达76 91 %。更多还原
