皖西山区温度与西洋参种胚后熟关系的研究

【摘要】 本试验用皖西山区不同海拔高度所采收的当年西洋参种子,在17 .0 ±1 ℃条件下处理30d ,然后移至12 .0 ±2 ℃的室内,观测种子裂口率和胚长,并分别以其为因变量(Y) ,以≥10 ℃积温为自变量(X) ,进行模型拟合,结果发现,裂口率与积温关系在胚分化与胚快速生长期分别满足方程Y 1 - a 1 - b 1 ·lgx = 0 和b 2Y 2 - Y 22 + a 2x 2 = 0 ;胚长和积温关系Y 3 - a 3x - b3Y32 = 0 方程,且拟合精度较高。种子在室内处理60d 后, 裂口率最高可达93 .5 % 。12 月20 日前播种,经过80d 以上自然低温( - 2 - 4 ℃) 的生理后熟期,出苗率达80 ~90 % 。

【Abstract】 The experiment on the ratio of seed rictus and embryo length of the year’s American ginseng seeds from different latitude in the montain areas of WanXi,which were disposed for 30days under the temperature of 17.0±1℃,then the ratio of seed rictus and embryo length were observed under the temperature of 12±2℃in room.The correlation of the ration of seed ricuts and ≥10℃accumulative temperater can be well represented by equation y1-a1-b1lgx1=0 and b2y22-y2+a2x2=0,in the embryonic differentiation period and rapid growing period .The correlation of embryo length and ≥10℃accumulative temperature also can be well represented by y3-a3x3-by32=0,The ratio of seed reitus disposed in room for 60days was up to 93.5%.Sowing on 20th December ,the rate of seedling was up to 80~90%under the low nature temperature of -2~4℃.After more than the period of 80days physiological after-ripening.
