TiN对Si3N4复合材料力学性能及电导率的影响
EFFECTS OF TiN ADDITION ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND ELECTROCONDUCTIVE OF S3N4 MATRIX MATERIALS
【摘要】 研究TiN粒子对氮化硅材料力学性能和电导率的影响 ,发现TiN粒子的引入 ,对基体材料能起到增韧补强的作用 ;在烧结过程中 ,TiN和Si3N4发生互熔 ,当TiN粒子达到一定比例后 ,复合材料内形成导电网络 ,材料具有导电性。
【Abstract】 The Effects of TiN addition on mechanical properties and electroconductive of Si 3N 4 matrix materials was studied.It shows that TiN particle can toughen and reinforce material,During sintering process,TiN particle react with Si 3N 4 grain.When TiN particle addition reached the certain rate.The electric conductive network yielded.In the Si 3N 4 composite,so the Si 3N 4 composite have electroconductive.
