【摘要】 建立了云南红豆杉树皮中紫杉醇的反相高效液相色谱定量分析方法。用Ｎｕｃｌｅｏｓｉｌ７Ｃ１８柱，甲醇－水（６５∶３５）作流动相，２２７ｎｍ为检测波长。并对川产云南红豆杉的５个批次的大宗树皮进行了紫杉含量测定。该方法简便易行，重现性好，可在３０ｍｉｎ内完成已处理好样品的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A reversed phase HPLC method for quantitative determination of taxol in bark of Taxus Yunnanensis was established. Experimental evidences indicated that a system of a Nucleosil 7 C 18 column (250×4.6 mm ID 5 μm) as stationary phase and CH 3OH-H 2O (65∶35) as mobile phase could determine the taxol very well under the wavelength of 227 nm. The method is very easy and efficient and it takes only 30 min for one run.更多还原
