红豆杉树皮中紫杉醇反相高效液相色谱法测定
Determination of Taxol in Bark of Taxus Yunnanensis by RP-HPLC
【摘要】 建立了云南红豆杉树皮中紫杉醇的反相高效液相色谱定量分析方法。用Nucleosil7C18柱,甲醇-水(65∶35)作流动相,227nm为检测波长。并对川产云南红豆杉的5个批次的大宗树皮进行了紫杉含量测定。该方法简便易行,重现性好,可在30min内完成已处理好样品的测定。
【Abstract】 A reversed phase HPLC method for quantitative determination of taxol in bark of Taxus Yunnanensis was established. Experimental evidences indicated that a system of a Nucleosil 7 C 18 column (250×4.6 mm ID 5 μm) as stationary phase and CH 3OH-H 2O (65∶35) as mobile phase could determine the taxol very well under the wavelength of 227 nm. The method is very easy and efficient and it takes only 30 min for one run.
