【Abstract】 Through the pharmacodynamical experiments on the gastric ulcerous models of acetic acid-induced rats,plylorus-Ligation and reserpin-induced mice, Ulcerous Recover Calm was proved to have significant therapeutic effects on gastric ulcer.The experiments of gastric juice secretion on plylorus-Ligation rats showed:Middle and low dose groups of the drug significantly increased pepsinase activity in gastric juice,inhibited the total acids drainage.The experiments of mice analgesia and tail-cut hemostasis confirmed:three dose groups of the drug all had analgestic and hemostatic effects.更多还原
