【摘要】 肿消灵乳膏是由三七、黄柏、冰片等中药组成。具有消肿止痛、活血化瘀、软坚散结的功效。实验表明：肿消灵对实验动物具有明显的抗炎消肿作用。对大鼠足跖肿胀，小鼠耳廓致炎和小鼠腹部血管通透性有明显的抑制作用，对促进大鼠局部创伤性瘀斑的吸收消散亦作用明显，对小鼠化学致痛无明显镇痛作用。实验为临床研究提供了一定的动物实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zhongxiaoling cream is prepared by traditional Chinese medicines of Radix notoginseng, Cortex phellodendri, Borneolum syntheticum etc. It has the clinical effects of detumescence and analgesic action, invigorating blood circulation, and softening and resolving hard lumps. In our experiment, it is revealed that the cream has significant effect in inhibiting the swelling of rat’s metatarsus, inflammation of mice’s auricle and permeability of mice’s abdomen blood vessel. It is suggested that it also promotes the assimilation of localized ecchymosis caused by wound, but has no prominent analgesic effects on chemical、 induced ache in mice.更多还原
