【摘要】 高尔夫运动是现代竞技体育中发展最快的项目之一。有关这项古老运动的起源一直是人们争论不休的问题，本文对此加以论述。

【Abstract】 Golf is one of the fastest-developed sports in modern times. Yet, there has been unceasing debate concerning the origin of this age-old sport. The present paper expounds this issue.
