【摘要】 目的研究核糖核酸酶抑制因子对小鼠实体瘤生长的影响以及ＲＩ抑制肿瘤生长的机理。方法经硫酸铵盐析，ＤＥＡＥ－离子交换层析和Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ－ＲＮａｓｅ亲和层析，从人胎盘中提取纯化核糖核酸酶抑制因子（ｒｉ－ｂｏｎｕｃｌｅａｓｅｉｎｈｉｂｉｔｏｒ，ＲＩ），将其注射给荷瘤小鼠。５天后处死小鼠，取瘤组织，称重；组织切片后观察瘤内毛细血管、组织坏死状况及核分裂数的改变。结果注射ＲＩ后，小鼠实体瘤Ｓ１８０的生长受到抑制，瘤组织毛细血管减少，坏死加强。结论ＲＩ抑制肿瘤的血管生成，从而抑制实体瘤的生长更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ribonuclease inhibitors on growth of solid tumor in mice.Methods Ribonuclease inhibitor(RI)was purified from human placenta by sepharose RNase chromatography and injected into mice transplanted with S 180 sarcoma to observe the tumor growth.Results RI inhibited the growth of S 180 sarcoma. The tissue slice showed that the number of capillary vessels was decreased and dead portion was increased. Conclusions RI inhibited S 180 sarcoma growth in mice and the suggested mechanism was that RI inhibited the growth of new blood vessel in the tumor更多还原
