【摘要】 目的　研究粘附分子 Ｅｃａｄｈｅｒｉｎ 在胆囊腺癌中的表达及与胆囊腺癌分化、侵袭、转移和预后的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法对５７ 例原发性胆囊腺癌、３７ 例慢性胆囊炎石蜡包埋标本进行 Ｅｃａｄｈｅｒｉｎ 半定量检测。结果　分别有 ４５ 例（７８．９％ ）胆囊腺癌组织及 １１ 例（２９．７％ ）慢性胆囊炎组织中 Ｅｃａｄｈｅｒｉｎ 呈阴性或不同程度表达减弱。 Ｔ１、 Ｔ２ 期癌 Ｅｃａｄｈｅｒｉｎ 表达阳性率明显高于 Ｔ３、 Ｔ４ 期癌（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。 Ｅｃａｄｈｅｒｉｎ 表达阳性者其２ 年生存率（２７．３％ ）明显高于表达阴性者（８．３％ ），差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论　 Ｅｃａｄｈｅｒｉｎ 表达与胆囊腺癌 Ｐ Ｔ Ｎ Ｍ 分期呈负相关，其表达水平可作为胆囊癌患者预后判断的生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the E cadherin expression in gallbladder adenocarcinoma and its relationship with tumor differentiation,invasion,metastasis and prognosis.Methods The E cadherin expression was measured by immunohistochemistry (PAP method) in 57 cases of gallbladder adenocarcinoma and 37 cases chronic cholecystitis.Results In 78.9% of gallbladder carcinoma (45/57) and 29.7% of chronic cholecystitis (11/37) the expression of E cadherin was weaker than the surrounding normal cholecystic mocusa.The positive rate of E cadherin was lower in stage T 3,T 4 carcinoma than that in stage T 1,T 2 ( P <0.05).The two year survival rate was higher in E cadherin positive group (27.3%) than that in negative group (8.33%).Conclusions The weak or loss expression of E cadherin was correlated with PTNM stage of gallbladder carcinoma.The expression of E cadherin may has prognostic value.\;更多还原
