钻井液处理剂璜化高分子化合物降解放出H2S的途径研究
STUDY ON THE APPROACH OF H2S RELEASED FROM DEGRADED SULFONATED POLYMER OF DRILLING MUD CONDITIONING AGENT
【摘要】 在高温或 SRB或电解作用下,对水基钻井液中的处理剂磺化高分子化合物进行降解反应,试验证实分别释放出了H2S,在室温下腐蚀产物为Fe9S8,在60℃以上为FeS,这种来源的H2S同样是有害的,可能造成油井管的腐蚀并使钻井液性能变差。
【Abstract】 At high temperature or SRB or electrolytic action, the sulfonated high molecular compound of water --based drilling mud conditioning agent is degraded releasing out H2S. The corrosion products are Fe9S8 at room temperature, and FeS when temperature is above 60℃. The derived H2S is also hazard.dus to the drilling string and casing, and may reduce the performance of drilling mud.
