【摘要】 目的进一步验证中草药消毒剂在杀微生物方面的作用。方法实验观察妇康乐中草药消毒剂的杀微生物和毒性作用及稳定性。结果含５０％原液的水溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌繁殖体作用３０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率分别达５０％、４６．６７％和７１．１１％，对白色念珠菌也有一定的杀菌作用，杀菌效果随作用时间的延长而增强，２０％的小牛血清对其杀灭白色念珠菌效果的影响较小。结论该消毒剂具有较强的杀菌作用，对皮肤粘膜无刺激，对人体无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the Fu-kan-le Chinese herbal disinfectant efficacy in killing microorganisms.Methods Its efficacy in killing microorganisms,toxicity and stability were observed in the laboratory.Results The killing rates of Escherichia coli,Staphylocaccus aureus and Bacillus subtilis vegetative form exposed to its solution containing 50% stock solution for 30 minutes were 50%、46% and 71.11% respectively.It can kill candida albicans in some degree.Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing time.20% calf serum had little influence on its efficacy of killing candida albicans. Conclusion This disinfectant has efficacy in killing microorganisms, without irritation to skin and mucousmembrane,and has no toxic reaction and side reaction to hunanbody. [更多还原
