【摘要】 目的　探讨左旋 1 8甲基炔诺酮皮埋避孕剂对妇女免疫功能的影响。方法　用 ELISA法对 1 5 9例应用皮埋避孕剂的妇女血清中及 PBMC体外产生的细胞因子 IL- 2 ,IL- 6,TNF-α和 IFN-γ水平进行测定。结果　血清中及 PBMC自发产生的 IL- 2 ,IL- 6和 TNF- α的水平在用药早期有所变化 ,IFN- γ的水平未见明显变化。PBMC在体外经 PHA刺激后 ,分泌 4种细胞因子的水平与正常对照组无显著性差异。结论　左旋 1 8甲基炔诺酮皮埋避孕剂在用药早期对机体免疫功能有一定影响 ,但未影响机体免疫功能的正常发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the effects of subdermal levonorgestrel implant to immune function of women.Methods One hundraed and fifty nine women administered implant were determined for the levels of cytokines IL 2,IL 6,TNF α and IFN γ in their sera and produced spontaneously by peripheral blood monoclear cell(PBMC) in vitro with ELISA method.Results The levels of IL 2,IL 6 and TNF α in their sera and produced spontaneously by PBMC in vitro were different from those in normal control group in early stage,but there was no change in level of IFN γ.The levels of above four cytokines produced by PBMC stimulated by PHA were not obviously different from those in normal control group.Conclusion The implant has some effects to women′s immunity in early stage,but does not affect the immune system to act it′s normal functions.更多还原
