【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子-β（TNF-β）抑制肺癌AGZY-83a细胞增殖的作用。方法采用结晶紫染色法和动物实验，观察TNF-β对肺癌细胞的细胞毒作用及抑癌率的变化。结果TNF-β单独应用及与γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）和白介素-2（IL-2）联合应用对体外培养的AGZY-83a细胞均有明显的细胞毒作用，并且对于鼠移植性Lewis肺癌的生长亦有明显的抑制作用。结论TNF-β具有体内和体外的抗肿瘤增殖作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To certificate the Suppressive effects of TNF-β on AGZY-83a and Lewis lung cancer cells. Methods Crystal cytotoxicity assay and animal experiment were carried out to observe the in vitro and in vivo effects of TNF-β. Results When used alone and in combination with IFN-γand IL-2, TNF-β had obvious antitumor effect. Also it can decrease the tumor size of Lewis lung cancer bearing in C57 mice. Conclusion TNF-9 had anticancer potency both in vitro and in vivo.更多还原
