【摘要】 本文采用紫外分光光度法进行了胃溶型麦迪霉素溶出度的测定。该法操作简便,快速可靠。同时,对不同生产厂家的产品进行了溶出度对比实验。经统计学处理,结果表明,各产品之间存在着明显差异。故建议有关方面对麦迪霉素的溶出度做出合理规定。更多还原
