【摘要】 目的:观察静脉注射普罗帕酮对老年人阵发性室上速(PSVT)的疗效与安全性。方法:对36例60—85岁老年患者确诊阵发性室上速,静脉推注普罗帕酮70—140mg,通过心电图监护仪及常规12导心电图机观察疗效。结果:34例有效,总有效率94.4％,无效2例(5.6％)。结论:静推普罗帕酮治疗老年性阵发性室上速安全,有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of intravenous propafenone in aged patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). Methods 36aged patients With PSVT. Intravenous propafenone dosage was 70-140mg the efficacy and safety assessed by the monitor and theelectrocardiograph. Results The effective rates 94.4%. There were 2 cases with treatment failure.
