【摘要】 甲硝唑溴化后同乙基亚磺酸钠直接缩合制得替硝唑．总收率高达６６０％．

【Abstract】 Tinidazole was synthesized from metronidazole by bromization and condensation,all the reactions were carried out in mild conditions and convenient work afforded tinidazole in about 66 0% overall yield.
