【摘要】 目的：观察人重组ＩＬ－８ 在体内对新西兰家兔外周血白细胞的动员作用及其时间动力学。方法：按１０μｇ／ｋｇ 的剂量在兔静脉内注射ｒｈＩＬ－８ ，收集不同时间的外周血，显微镜观察各种白细胞数量的变化。结果：ＩＬ－８ 可升高外周血的白细胞数量，尤其是中性粒细胞的数量，从２．６６ ×１０９／Ｌ升高至５ ．９９×１０９／Ｌ。ＩＬ－ ８ 动员的中性粒细胞以幼稚中性粒细胞（带状核）为主。ＩＬ－８ 对中性粒细胞动员作用迅速，６０ｍｉｎ 时达到高峰，但持续时间短，１８０ｍｉｎ 时已接近正常水平。结论：ＩＬ－ ８ 可显著升高外周血中性粒细胞数，而且是一种快速、安全的动员剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective Studying the effect of rhIL-8 on rabbit leukocyte and its kinetics. Method Intravenous injection of rhIL-8 in rabbit at 10μg/kg dose, collecting peripheral blood at different time and calculating the number of the difference leukocyte. Results IL-8 has an obvious effect on rabbit leukocytosis. The increasing cell number mainly due to the nutrophil(band). There are an obvious increasing at 15 min, reaching the top at 60 min and almost dropping to the normal level at 180 min. Conclusion IL-8 has an obvious effect on neutrophilia in rabbit, also can as a fast and safe mobilization agent.更多还原
