【Abstract】 The peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells from 14 patients receiving autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation underwent programmed freezing and liquid nitrogen preserving.After conditioning regimen,the recovered stem cells were infused through vein,and hematopoietic reconstitution was good.The concentration of neutrophil was over 0.5×10 9/L and platelet over 30×10 9/L,and the survival time in average for neutrophil and platelet was 11 and 21 days respecticely.更多还原
