【Abstract】 Object:The effect of tamoxifen (TAM) was evaluated on a mammary tumor model induced by 7.12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA) in the female Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats.Significant difference between TAM and control batches was observed in tumor incidence (30% versus 70.6 %,P<0.05) and the mean latent period (108.6±41.69 days versus 69±21.12 days,P< 0.025 ).Findings demonstrate that TAM significantly decreases the appearance of tumor induced in rats by DMBA.更多还原
