豚鼠隐神经伴行血管蒂岛状皮瓣的动物模型研究
Study on Animal Model of the Island Flap Pedicled with the Colateral Vessels of Guinea-pig’s Saphe-neous Nerve
【摘要】 目的建立皮神经伴行血管蒂岛状皮瓣实验动物模型。方法短毛豚鼠50只、分四组。A组:活体标本;B组:乳胶灌注标本;C组:墨汁灌注标本;观测测量隐神经伴行血管的起始、走行、分布及分支和皮支等;D组:根据解剖发现,切取岛状皮瓣20个,观察成活情况。结果隐神经伴行血管起于股动脉和股静脉,在大腿、膝、小腿上2/3行于内侧正中,在小腿下1/3斜向前方,在踝部经过前内侧交界部,在足部沿第1~2跖骨间下行,在跖趾关节部与足底弓吻合。在大腿下1/2、膝部、小腿、踝部发出6.75±1.096个皮支,皮瓣均成活。结论豚鼠隐神经伴行血管蒂岛状皮瓣是一种解剖稳定、容易切取、血供丰富、转移范围大的岛状皮瓣,是较好的皮神经伴行血管蒂岛状皮瓣实验动物模型。
【Abstract】 ve To establish the experimental animal model of the island flap pedicled with the neuro-cutaneous colateral vessels. Methods 50 guinea-pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups. Group A: Alive specimens; Group B: The specimens injected with glue; Group C: The specimens injected with Chinese ink. By observing the specimens, we got the observation values about the sapheneous nerves and their colateral vessels, for instance, the origin, display and their branches. Group D: Depended upon the anatomy observation values, twenty island flaps were cut off and had a two-week term observation. Results The colateral vessels of sapheneous nerve originated from the femoral vessels and pass along the midline at internal side of the thigh, knee and the upper two-thirds of the shank, then incline across the lower one-third of the shank to the anteromedial junction of ankle. Subcutaneous branches (6.75 ± 1.096) steadily stemmed from the lower half of the thigh, the shank and the ankle. The all island flaps were available. Conclusion With stable anatomy, abundant blood supply and large transfer area, the island flap is an excellent experimental model flap.
