【摘要】 目的总结上肢皮神经伴行血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复手、腕、前臂远端软组织缺损的治疗效果,探讨其手术的适应性。方法应用前臂外侧皮神经、桡神经拇背侧支伴行血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复10例手、腕、前臂远端软组织缺损。结果7例成活,2例坏死,1例部分坏死。结论该类皮瓣操作简便、损伤小,前臂外侧皮神经伴行血管蒂岛状皮瓣是修复前臂、腕部软组织缺损的较好皮瓣,可用于修复手掌部桡侧的软组织缺损,但该皮瓣的血供和转移范围还需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve To sum up the experience of the retrograde island flap pedicled with the neu-rocutaneous colateral vessels in the arms to repair the soft tissue defects in the hands, wrists and forearms. Methods The retrograde colateral vessels axial island flaps of the lateral antebranchial cutaneous nerve of forearm(9 cases)and the dosal thumb branch of radial nerve(l case) were transformed to the hands, wrists and forearms. Results Seven flaps survived, two necrosed and one partially neurosed. Conclusion The two kinds of flaps are easy to resect with little damage to the body. The colateral vessels axial island flap of the lateral antebranchial cutaneous nerve of forearm is a better flap to repair the defect in the forearm and wrist, also can be performed to repair the radial side defect of the palm. But it’s blood supply area and length of rotation need to be studied further.更多还原
