【摘要】 目的　探讨成人Ｓｔｉｌｌ 病（ＡＯＳＤ）的诊断及治疗。方法　分组分析３０ 例成人Ｓｔｉｌｌ 病病例的临床特征及治疗。结果　临床特征：ＡＯＳＤ１００％ 发热，９３－３％ 关节肿痛，８０％ 皮疹，７０％ 咽痛。血类风湿因子（ＲＦ） 、抗链“Ｏ”（ＡＳＯ）、血培养及咽培养均阴性，９６－７ ％ 抗核抗体（ＡＮＡ） 阴性，９３－３ ％ 血沉（ＥＳＲ） 增快，７３－３％ 白细胞（ ＷＢＣ） 增高。治疗：皮质激素有效率为１００ ％ ，而非甾体抗炎药（ＮＳＡＩＤｓ）有效率５－５ ％ ，二者比较Ｐ＜ ０－０１。结论　ＡＯＳＤ 以发热、皮疹、关节肿痛、咽痛，ＷＢＣ增高、ＥＳＲ 增快，ＲＦ、ＡＳＯ、ＡＮＡ 及血培养阴性为主要临床特点。诊断时应除外其它发热性疾病。治疗以应用皮质激素为首选更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of adult onset still’s diasease(AOSD).Methods Analyzing the clinical features and treatment of thirty cases of patients with AOSD.Results The clinical feature:100% fever,80% rash,93\^3% arthralgia,70% sore throat,73\^3% higher white blood cell count,93\^3% increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate,negative rheumatoid factor and anti-streptococcus “O”,negative antinuclear antibody.Negative blood culture and throat culture.Treatment:efficiency of steroid therapy is the 100%,efficiency of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)are 5\^5%,comparing both P<0\^01.Conclusion Clinical feature of AOSD is fever,rash,arthralogia,sore throat;highter WBC;increased ESR;negative RF ASO ANA;negative blood culture.The fever caused by other diseases must be excluded when diagnosis.Steroid therapy is the first choice in medication.更多还原
