溶胶-凝胶法制备NiO/γ-Al2O3催化剂热稳定性的考察
THERMAL STABILITY OF NiO/Al2O3 CATALYSTS PREPARED BY SOLGEL METHOD
【摘要】 以工业产品PURALSB粉为原料利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了γ-Al2O3载体及NiO/γ-Al2O3催化剂,应用低温氮吸附、XRD、TPR等物理化学方法对不同温度焙烧及高温下焙烧不同时间的载体及催化剂进行了结构和物化性能的表征。并与常规载体及常规浸渍法制备的催化剂比较,发现溶胶-凝胶法制备的载体和催化剂具有良好的晶相稳定性和热稳定性,并且应用于甲烷部分氧化制合成气的高温反应,在反应温度850℃,反应空速2.7×105h-1的条件下反应80h,仍保持良好的稳定性,CH4的转化率和CO的选择性分别在92%和97%以上。
【Abstract】 The Al2O3 support and NiO/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by solgel method with SB powder as a precursor. The structure and physicochemical properties of the support and catalysts calcined at different temperatures and calcined at different time under high temperaure were characterized by low temperature nitrogen adsorption, XRD and TPR techniques. In comparision with the tradional support and catalysts, the prepared support and catalysts have better phase stability and thermal stability. The results indicated that the prepared catalyst was quite stable for the reaction of partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas during 80h life test at 1 123 K. The methane conversion and CO selectivity kept exceeding 92% and 97% at a methane/oxygen ratio of 2.04 and a space velocity of 2.7105h-1 respectively.
