影响聚乙烯催化剂QCP-01聚合活性及产物熔体流动指数的因素
FACTORS AFFECT THE ACTIVITY AND POLYMER MELT FLOW RATE OF CHROMIUM BASED POLYETHYLENE CATALYST
【摘要】 考察了聚合条件以及催化剂配方和制备工艺条件对气相法铬系聚乙烯催化剂QCP-01的聚合活性及产物熔体流动指数的影响。试验结果表明,提高聚合反应温度、压力、铬含量,降低硅胶脱水温度和催化剂活化温度有利于提高聚合物的熔体流动指数。
【Abstract】 The effects of polymerization conditions in gas phase and the formulation and preparation of the chromium based polyethylene catalyst QCP 01 on catalyst activity and polymer melt flow index were investigated. The polymer melt flow rate can be increased by increasing the polymerization temperature, pressure, chromium content and decreasing the silica drying and catalyst activitation temperatures.
